OSCE is an Android app developed by Akash Doshi (London United Kingdom).

OSCE first became available on 28 Sep 2014. It is estimated that OSCE has been downloaded between 10000 and 50000 times from the Play Store.

OSCE 1.9 requires the following permissions:

Allows applications to access information about networks.

Allows access to the list of accounts in the Accounts Service.

Allows applications to open network sockets.

Allows an application to read from external storage.

Allows using PowerManager WakeLocks to keep processor from sleeping or screen from dimming.

Allows an application to write to external storage.
